Refund & Exchange Policy
Once an order has been fulfilled. We provide a free one-time exchange in case of any manufacturing defect you find in our products.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted only upon receipt of photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

A free replacement will be initiated within 24 hours of the receipt of the defective product at the above-mentioned address.
We deliver across Thailand through EMS or Kerry Logistics. You can expect to receive your order within 7 working days of placing your order. We provide you the tracking code immediately upon dispatch of your order.
